General peering conditions:

- Operate a professionally managed 24/7 NOC and provide with all contact details concerning this NOC
- Ensure good communication regarding network maintenance with regard to the traffic exchange, agree to actively cooperate to resolve security incidents and other operational problems, and in principle follow the practices outlined in BCP38 and BCP46
- Refrain from activities that will undermine the peering relationship including but not limited to: pointing a default route or otherwise forwarding traffic for destinations not explicitly advertised, resetting BGP next-hop, selling or giving next-hop to others
- Monitor the PNI links and upgrading interconnect infrastructure where required and mutually beneficial, agree to review upgrades of individual interconnects when 70% peak utilization is reached
- Be registered on PeeringDB and maintain the PeeringDB records up to date

Peering via IXP route servers:

- In order to keep ingress traffic under control, we don't export any routes to IXP route servers
- We import prefixes from IXP route servers and use them case by case

Bilateral Peering via IXPs:

- We accept peering requests via email to: [email protected]
- There is no minimum traffic required
- Maximum recommended traffic limit: 10Gbps
- Maximum traffic ratio: 2:1 (in:out)
- We export local/regional routes
- We expect at least local/regional routes to be exported to us
- IP transit customers cannot be peers at the same time on the same continent
- We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently drop the peering sessions if we detect congestion or abusive usage

Settlement Free PNI (SFI):

    - We accept peering requests via email to: [email protected]
    - Interface: 100Gbps/400Gbps
    - Minimum 95% traffic: 10Gbps (on each PNI)
    - Maximum traffic ratio: 2:1 (in:out)
    - We export all customer routes learnt on the same continent
    - We expect at least all the prefixes learnt on the same continent to be exported to us
    - IP transit customers cannot be peers at the same time on the same continent
    - The PNIs should be implemented in at least 75% of the common PoPs
    - The cross connect costs should be equally shared by both parties
    - We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently drop the peering sessions if we detect congestion or abusive usage

Paid PNI (PPNI) conditions:

- We accept paid peering requests via email to: [email protected]
- Interface: 10Gbps/100Gbps/400Gbps
- No minimum traffic required
- No traffic ratio required
- We export all our customer routes (from all continents)
- The cross connect cost is covered by the peer
- We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently drop the peering sessions if we detect congestion or abusive usage
